The UTRGV Nonprofit Resource Center is excited to partner with OneStar to host the 2026 RGV Nonprofit Summit, bringing together nonprofit leaders from across the region for an inspiring and impactful experience.

The RGV Nonprofit Summit, Navigating with Purpose: Charting the Future of Nonprofits, brings together nonprofit leaders, board members, and changemakers for a day of insight, strategy, and connection. The Summit features 2 keynote speakers and 12 dynamic sessions across three focused tracks to help organizations navigate today’s complex landscape and prepare for what lies ahead. Participants will explore the following tracks:

Charting the Course (Nonprofit Leadership): This track gives leaders the tools and perspective to lead with confidence in a rapidly changing environment—focusing on navigating today’s leadership challenges, aligning mission and vision, and setting a clear, strategic direction that inspires teams and drives impact.

Steady the Ship (Board Development and Governance): This track strengthens nonprofit foundations by highlighting best governance practices, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and equipping boards to lead effectively, make informed decisions, and support organizational stability and growth.

Fueling the Journey (Resource Development): This track provides practical, forward-thinking strategies to help nonprofits navigate today’s evolving funding landscape—exploring diversified revenue streams, donor engagement approaches, and sustainable resource development practices that ensure long-term success.

Together, these sessions give nonprofits a clear roadmap to lead with purpose, stay resilient, and build a lasting impact in the Rio Grande Valley.
