 nd characteristics of real estate\; distinctions between real and personal
  property\; physical and economic characteristics of real estate\; the inf
 luence of supply and demand on real estate\; the types of housing availabl
 e and things to consider in the purchase of real estate\, including tax be
 nefits and insurance\; legal relationships between buyers\, sellers\, and 
 real estate professionals\; a real estate professional’s role in fair ho
 using\; provisions of the Texas Real Estate License Act\; interests in rea
 l estate and how they affect ownership and use\; forms of real estate owne
 rship available to individuals and business entities\; how land is identif
 ied and measured\; the forms of legal description used in the United State
 s\; liens and how they affect homeowners\; legal principles governing cont
 racts\; and contracts used in real estate.\n\nThis course will also discus
 s the types of listing agreements\, as well as factors a broker or salespe
