Get ready for the 12 Days of Fitness Challenge, a fun and festive way to stay active! Inspired by the classic holiday song, this challenge has you add a new exercise to your routine each day. You'll start with one move on Day 1, two on Day 2, and continue to build a complete, full-body workout by Day 12. It's a great way to build strength, challenge yourself, and feel great all season long!

 

Day 1: 30 second plank – 30 seconds 

Day 2: jump-squats – 6 reps 

Day 3: push-ups – 8 reps 

Day 4: burpees – 30 seconds 

Day 5: kettle bell swings – 12 reps 

Day 6: bicep curls – 10 reps 

Day 7: step-ups – 30 seconds 

Day 8: mountain climbers – 10 reps 

Day 9: squats – 15 reps 

Day 10: high knees – 30 seconds 

Day 11: Jumping Jacks – 10 reps 

Day 12: crunches – 12 reps
