Circuit training is a high-efficiency, fast-paced workout format where you rotate through 5–10 exercises targeting different muscle groups with little to no rest between them. It combines strength and cardio for a total-body workout that increases heart rate, builds muscular endurance, and boosts metabolism in 30–45 minutes.
