This hybrid certificate program introduces current and prospective operation managers to a diverse set of operations management techniques, tools, and processes to improve operations and achieve organizational excellence.

Participants will learn essential operations management strategies, analyze the demand and conduct resource planning, and improve processes using Lean and Six Sigma concepts.

In addition to the 10-hour online portion of this program, participants will learn to develop an operations strategy, build a master production schedule, and map processes in a live classroom environment alongside an industry expert.

Throughout the program, participants will be presented with the opportunity to complete a comprehensive capstone project to integrate and apply the operation management competencies learned in class.
