About this Event
Designing a course lesson without defining the knowledge or skills that you want your learners to obtain by the end is like setting out on a road trip without a destination. This interactive session will provide faculty with the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary to write measurable and meaningful student learning objectives.
At the end of this session, participants will be able to: recognize the educational significance of writing measurable learning objectives; compare and contrast goals and learning objectives; analyze learning objectives using Bloom’s Taxonomy; compose a learning objective containing the six major components of measurable learning objectives.
