Apply TODAY to participate in the UTRGV’s Center for Innovation & Commercialization’s inaugural iVenture cohort of startup founders. Be a part of the inaugural group of 10 aspiring entrepreneurs who will participate in a 6-week program where they will have the opportunity to develop their business ideas, connect with other founders and exchange feedback. 

Who Should Apply?

• UTRGV students, staff, faculty or RGV community members with a Big Idea to start a business in the Rio Grande Valley
• Aspiring entrepreneurs who want hands-on experience

What Will You Learn?

• Participants will follow the “So What? Who Cares? Why you?” Methodology to identify the business value of your innovation
• Participants will develop their idea, understand the problem they are trying to solve, and identify who their potential customers are
• Participants will discover where their idea fits in the market, their competitive edge, and the path to market their innovation
• Participants will learn whether their idea is a Go or No Go
• Participants will learn how to pitch their business idea
