Think you’ve got the strongest bench in the gym? Time to prove it. Step up to the bar and test your raw upper-body strength in the Max-Out Bench Press Challenge. Each competitor will have three attempts to hit their heaviest successful lift. The heaviest single rep counts as your official score.

 

Rules/guidelines: Participants have three attempts to the Heaviest 1 rep max. Winner will be decided by the Heaviest weight lifted  

 

Prizes: Fitness baggy and a T-shirt
