TOPIC – Family Medicine and Integrated Behavioral Health: The Future of Healthcare

Frank Verloin deGruy III, MD, MSFM, is the Woodward-Chisholm Professor and Chair of the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, a position he has held since 1999.

He has served as the president of the North American Primary Care Research Group and the Collaborative Family Healthcare Association, and chairs AHRQ’s National Integration Academy Council.

He is on the Board of Directors for the National Network of Depression Centers and the Family Physicians Inquiries Network, and sits on the editorial boards for the Annals of Family Medicine and Families, Systems and Health. He has been a member of the National Academy of Medicine since 2008.

He has written about 150 papers, chapters, and commentaries, and has reviewed grant applications for the NIH, AHRQ, HRSA, and the RWJF.
