Participants will be able to:

  • Explain the importance of fresh food preparation and acquire knife skills.
  • Identify healthier choices and their effect on their overall wellbeing.
  • Recognize that healthy doesn’t mean boring or bland, but that healthy cooking/eating can be very exciting and rewarding.
