• Elevate awareness surrounding unhealthy dynamics occurring in our own educational, clinical and professional spaces.
• Share concepts associated with unhealthy dynamics so that we can speak a common language. Label these instances; minimize becoming the perpetrators.
• Practice communication tools and share ways to respond.
