 he Infinite Frontier - on the UTRGV Brownsville campus. On Wednesday\, Oct.
  23\, STSSI Director Dr. Joseph Romano will kick off this FREE program with
  a presentation exploring the "dark side of the universe." His talk will in
 clude how space-science experts observe colliding black holes\, including t
 hose from orbiting pairs at the centers of millions of merging galaxies in 
 the Milky way. Using metronomes\, he will also demonstrate how pulsars (exo
 tic dead stars) are used to detect these cosmic collisions.\n\n \n\nThis ho
 ur-long talk will include a Q&A session. Light refreshments will also be pr
 ovided. Faculty\, students and the RGV community are all welcome!\n\n \n\nD
