Understanding the highs and lows of being an entrepreneur can prepare you mentally, physically, and emotionally setting yourself up for success to embody the entrepreneurial mindset needed to navigate the long roads ahead.  Dr. Esmeralda Adame, a first-generation student, has several degrees including a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Masters in Business Administration, and a Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership.  She has trained and equipped educational entities, retail, banks, parents, construction companies and young adults.  She’s also a John Maxwell certified speaker, trainer and coach.  Be prepared to present your ID upon entry for UTRGV students, faculty and staff.  Thank you.
